Payment Fee Schedule

The fee schedule is for potential patients that desire to have the endovenous or sclerotherapy procedures, but do not have the proper insurance coverage.

Endovenous Laser Procedures

Unilateral or one extremity:

  • Greater saphenous vein ablation: $1,700–$2,000
  • Small saphenous vein or accessory veins: $1,500–$1,700

Bilateral Procedure

  • Greater saphenous vein ablation: $3,000
  • Small saphenous vein ablation: $2,500

ClosureFAST (or Radio Frequency) Procedure

  • Unilateral or one extremity: $1,900
  • Bilateral or both sides: $3,500

Microphlebectomy Procedure

  • Unilateral or one extremity: $650
  • Bilateral or both sides: $1,000

Sclerotherapy–Visual

  • Unilateral or one extremity per session: $350
  • Unilateral or one extremity complete (unlimited for 6 months only): $1,500
  • Bilateral or both sides (unlimited for 6 months only): $2,800

Sclerotherapy–Ultrasound Guided

  • Per session: $850

Duplex Scans

  • Unilateral: $150
  • Bilateral: $300

Office Consultations

  • Initial Visit: $200
  • Follow-Up Visit: $150

The fee schedule is subject to change, depending on the severity and time required. Any additional service not listed above may be discussed at the time of consultation and credit arrangements can be made with the administrative assistants at the initial consultation. All fees are required to be paid in advance before the treatment is commenced.

For your convenience, all major credit cards will be accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In-house interest free credit for a shorter period of time can also be arranged.

Individuals who desire to pay on their own are requested to pay in advance before the service is provided. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
